A QPR fortnight for firms filing 20 or more projects
A day-by-day plan for the three weeks before the 20th, used by consultants who file quarterly progress reports for many promoters at once.
AI-powered MahaRERA QPR compliance
ReraQPR collects certificates from architects, engineers and CAs, reconciles your books with the bank, has AI check every figure, and fills the portal from numbers your team approved.
| Project | Form 1 Architect | Form 2 Engineer | Form 3 CA | Bookings |

ReraQPR replaces the tracker spreadsheet, the email chasing and the retyping. Five parts, one record per project and quarter.
Every project and quarter, with due dates, missing documents and risk.
Upload links and reminders for architects, engineers and CAs.
Books matched to bank statements, with the 70% check.
Every certificate, statement and acknowledgement read and checked.
Fills the MahaRERA portal from approved figures.
AI works at six points in the quarter, wherever reading is slow and mistakes are costly. Every suggestion shows its working and waits for a person to accept it.
Matches the columns of your existing Excel or CSV tracker to projects, RERA numbers and professionals.
Suggests which ledgers, cost centres and bank accounts belong to which project and category.
Turns PDF statements into dated entries ready to reconcile, with no retyping.
Suggests a likely reason for each unmatched line, such as timing or bank charges. Account numbers are masked first.
Reads each certificate and compares its figures with your approved QPR, quoting the page it read.
Reads the portal acknowledgement and checks its number, date, project and quarter.
Nothing AI suggests is saved until someone on your team accepts it. Approved figures change only through review.
The order you already work in, with the slow parts done for you.
Each architect, engineer and CA gets a link for the form they owe. No login, and reminders go out on their own.
Import Tally or spreadsheet books and bank statements. Every difference gets a reason before anything is filed.
QPR figures are worked out from reconciled data and approved by a reviewer. Certificates are checked against them.
The Filing Assistant sits beside the MahaRERA portal and fills the field you click. You review and submit.

| Check certificate figures | Read each PDF by hand | AI compares them with approved figures |

Professionals who upload never need a seat. Prices exclude GST.
No. You submit on the MahaRERA portal yourself. ReraQPR prepares the approved figures and documents, and the Filing Assistant fills the field you click into, so nothing is typed by hand. After you submit, it stores the acknowledgement with the figures you filed.
No. Each professional gets an upload link for the document they owe, such as Form 1 for the architect. Links expire, and every upload is recorded against the project and quarter. They never pay for a seat.
Tally XML exports and spreadsheet exports from most accounting tools. Bank statements can be spreadsheets or PDFs. You map ledgers, cost centres and bank accounts to projects once, and later imports reuse that mapping.
AI reads documents and suggests. It compares certificate figures with your approved QPR figures, quotes the page it read, and suggests explanations for reconciliation differences. Nothing it suggests is saved until someone on your team accepts it, and approved figures change only through review.
On Zoho Catalyst in its India data centre. Documents are kept in private storage and opened through short-lived links. Each firm sees only its own projects, and account numbers are masked before any text is sent for AI suggestions.
